[面试经验] Back from Kellogg Interview

10月7号收到email通知，9号联系alumni，今天中午面试。

见了面，才知道这个alumni是个法国人，英语跟我一样烂。背景跟我相似，software engineer出身。30读MBA，07年毕业，现在在Standard Chartered，是个真正的job switcher。

问了以下一些问题：

Walk me through your resume elaborating in detail.

What do you want to do after MBA and in the long term?

Why Kellogg?

How will you enhance the diversity of the Kellogg class?

What element of your application do you fear most about?

An accomplishment.

Which schools are you applying to?

What kind of leader do you think is a good leader?

Tell any obstacle that your team faced? How did you overcome?

What's your GMAT score? Why not applying to other top business schools?

Any questions for me?

问题很standard，都准备过，不过第一次面试有点紧张，所以英语说的跟他一样烂，哈哈。

一点八卦。这个alumni约我去一个6星级酒店，lunch time，害得我以为他要请我吃午饭，结果只是找个舒服的地方坐下来聊聊而已。原来expectation太高，现在有点失望。
