请教PREP里的一道数学题

PREP-DS，61题

Of the 60 animals on a certain farm,2/3 are either pigs or cows.How many of the animals are cows?

1)The farm has more than twice as many as cows as  it has pigs

2)The farm has more than 12 pigs

答案是C，为什么我觉得A对

这个has more than twice as many as cows as  it has pigs是说牛是猪的两倍还要多吧，没有2的话牛可能是猪的n倍的，比如39牛1猪，加上条件2就只能是27牛13猪了吧  个人理解哈
