We present a strong protest for the irresponsible behavior of ETS. Many students took train or airplane to the cities which hold TOEFL iBT test. Who pay for their extra hotel fee, transportation fee and other related fees? Besides, most students have to reschedule the plan and meet a lot of problems caused by this event. As such a authoritative organization, ETS did such a unforgivable thing. Thus, we strongly request that ETS should be responsible for this event and apologize to students who registered for Sep.6 TOEFL iBT.

We strongly request ETS at least reschedule the test for all the students who registered the Sep.6 TOEFL iBT and withdraw the registering fee and apologize for the event.
