Met a couple of people from its Shanghai office in a business ocassion before. Seems with pretty strong background, the MD was an IB veteran from saloman brothers, a newly joined VP from Standard Chartered and a pretty but arrogant young lady (associate) said to have worked in UBS's NY office before. They seem to focus a lot on SMEs and work on private placement, IPO and M&A advisory kind of stuff. For sure they are a boutique advisory firm, so I would suggest you look more into their customer base, past track record, project pipeline and fee scheme. |
