PREP1-16请教

16.   Lines n and p lie in the xy-plane.  Is the slope of line n less than the slope of line p ?

(1)  Lines n and p intersect at the point (5,1).

(2)  The y-intercept of line n is greater than the y-intercept of line p.

答案是C。

我不知道是不是我对intercept的理解有问题。我一直认为intercept是截距，是一个绝对值，是没有正负的。那样的话，解题时就要考虑两条线与Y轴相交时是交在上面还是下面，那就没有确定值了，slope N可能大于也可能小于 slope P。

没搜到这道题目，可能我太笨了，请大家帮我看看，不要笑我。
