在Business Week上看到每个学校都有学费的数额，但是不明白总共需要的钱究竟是怎么算的。比如：

PROGRAM COSTS

Total direct costs (tuition and required fees) of the entire MBA program:

Resident : $  37,020

Nonresident : $  69,700

Recommended annual budget (Resident): $  29,910

Recommended annual budget (Nonresident): $  46,350

那总共需要的钱是不是就是 69,700+46,350*2  ？ 谢谢
