财务管理=公司金融？

1请问国内的财务管理等于国外的公司金融吗？   我本科读财务管理是属于商学院的管理系，到国外就成了金融系了？有点困惑。。。。

2应该还是考GMAT，不是GRE吧。。。

3读会计是不是不需要工作经验啊。。。。

财务管理 不=公司金融

公司金融还涉及诸如并购、反并购等内容

GMAT还是GRE要根据学校的要求了，查查学校网上的资料。读会计好像不需要工作经验，我一个师姐已经去美国了，只有实习经验。

To my best knowledge, most US Corporation have three finance related departments /functions:

1. Controller group - "In most organizations the controller is the top managerial and financial accountant. The controller supervises the accounting department and assists management in interpreting and utilizing managerial accounting information."   Most controllers are CPAs. Controller is very important group for public company. I am not familar with private company.

2. Corporate Development - M&As and Divestures. Corporate development involves both corporate finance and business development. People may have very diversified background. CPA,MBA,Legal and BD. Strong financial skill is a must. You may have to know everything and rely on expert's opinions to make decisions.

3. Treasure. "The treasury department is responsible for all of a company's financing and investing activities".  Debt financing for acquisitions, credit rating and pension investment etc.

4. Others.

These three groups have their daily job. At the same time, they support each other too. They all creat value for shareholers and their employee. they are all very important.
