Not sure whether I am qualified to give advice~~ though I do share similar background with u to some degree.

I graduated with a bachelor degree in law 6 years ago, joined one of the big 4's (then big 5) tax advisory division after graduation, left the accounting firm for a U.S. MBA 2 years ago, and will join a strategic consulting firm back in China this fall. I have never considered JD after my graduation from college because I have known from then that my enthusiasm lies in business instead of law.

So, the basic question that you need to answer is what you want to do in a long term. If you want to be a lawyer, I'd suggest going for a JD - Yes, some of my friends worked for big four as tax consultant first, and then moved to law firm, and then went to U.S.A for JD or LLM. But I don't believe that's the most efficient way for you if you have a good JD offer right after graduation - I am assuming that you have a JD offer from a top 10 school~

On the other hand, you mentioned that you do not want to waste your efforts on LSAT ... My advice,it's just sunk cost and it should not affect your choice by much. Moreover, by preparing for the test, you may have gained more than just a impressive score. At stake is your whole future career and you got to make your judgement based on your aspirations instead of the past cost~

Hope my advice is of a little bit help to u~~ best luck!
