In addition, the plan should also includes some financial analysis to see whether it is economical feasible. That is to say, a careful planning will help people to know their strength and weakness, thus helping people to take full advantage of their strength and to see how could improve. The process of a careful plan will be a useful tool to identify problems and maximize the possibilities to be successful. In addition to a careful planning, the brave and wisdom to taking adventures or risks are also critical in being successful. It is crucial in most situations. Let us take back the example of starting up business. The market changes fast, sometimes, it is not clear what will happen in the future. If people hesitate a bit and being slow in action, they will lose the business opportunities. In order to grasp the opportunity, taking risks is a must here. On the whole, I think having a careful plan and taking risks are all important in being successful. People should learn to balance on this. A careful plan plus taking risks, making right decisions at some critical point will help people to be successful.
