Thanks for the comments. I get a much clearer picture of where I am as I wrote them out. First, a decent GMAT score. Then, try to find some job opportunities and see where I can get. I've proven myself really good in my current position, which includes some assistance job to my boss. But too much administrative work, and I've always wanted to get closer to the market. When some other opportunites were offered, they just don't let me go. I felt like I was ripped of the opportunities coz I'm good, and really upset about that. As for promotion, in a state-owned company like us, HRs evaluate people in terms of age and degree, instead of competency..... |
