Just send an e-mail to school telling them you're going to apply. usually they will respond to you. but try to inform them when you're going to apply so that they can keep proper archives for you.
You can check with the school to be sure but they should keep a copy of the scores they receive even if you haven't filled out an application yet. Good luck!
