Hi,

Does anyone know the difference between Associate Director, UBS and Associate, Goldman? are they both same on title? THanks.

UBS的头衔向来通货膨胀的厉害，只要是个人，刚加入公司的最普通员工的名片上也是Associate Director，忽悠客户用的。

倒是见过assistant director,相当于比vp高比director低的级别，没见过associate director这头衔的。。

analyst（3年）, associate （1年）, Associate Director (相当于assistant VP), Director （相当于VP）, Executive Director(相当于Senior VP), 最后是MD

我有个朋友在一家欧洲行做满了一年Associate之后去了UBS，拿的title是Associate Director，我还以为整个这个级别都叫这个名字呢，呵呵

Thank you for help. Do you know how long generally take from Associate Director promote to VP or Director? second, what's the bonus like in Associate Director with in UBS? or UBS Beijing?

前两天刚面了ubs，他说他是associate director,自己补充说相当于associate,并且说ubs的头衔想来挺乱的。哈哈。
