请帮忙：Ross 的答复 关于推荐信

由于推荐人不能写英文，就这个问题问了Ross, 得到下面的答复：

 Thank you for your inquiry.  The translation should be done by either a government official or university professional.  Either the original letter and translated letter may be uploaded to the application through the normal process or they may be sent as hard copies to:

但我还是不太清楚这个university professional是要找一个大学教师吗？government official是要做公正吗？大家有这方面的经验请帮帮忙。谢谢了！
