well, that is 2-side sword for more than 10 experience, could be at discount too. Since you may bring too much experience to the class, overrule other team mates. That is what adcom concerns too. SO what you really have to show adcom that you can work as a team, and get along with junior people too. Well, that is just my 2-cent.

Diversification, that is correct.  Be yourself that is really key to the application, that is what I forcus on.  NOt sure how well I have done, but I have tried.

Why Harvard MBA? I believe Harvard does not have a part-time MBA program?

Wharton has round 1 admission? I called them and they told me that they review all applications in April (east coast). Is it different in SF? Thanks!

Also, why is Wharton easier than Berkeley? I thought Wharton's ranking is much higher...
