我怎么觉得只有1是明确谈到的。
而III明显不对呀，III的意思是英国Henry II入侵了法国，但文中只有英法两国在tax率上的比较：“Although Louis VII of France levied a less crushing tax burden on his subjects than did England’s Henry II”没有说英国侵略法国呀。
