Interview时的简历

可以跟申请时的简历有部分出入吗?

submit之后觉得原来的简历有点太简单了, 就重新稍微丰富了一下, 拿update过的简历去面试会有问题吗?

需要向面试官提说简历被update过吗?

如果你看到面试官手里已经拿了你的简历，那就得把新的简历塞给他/她，肯定要说update的事。

如果他/她手里没拿简历，又是blind interview，直接给他/她新的简历，啥都不用解释，省点唾沫回答问题。^_^

个人意见，仅供参考。呵呵~

I would let them know the resume has been updated (best if you have a recent achievement that is not documented in the original resume) because they may want to update the copy in your file as well, which could potentially help increase your chance.

In general, unless the update adds significant value to your package, I would not do that.  It's unfair to the other applicants and could have a negative impact, creates the impression that you were unprepared when you submitted your application.

Thank you for your suggestions. The resume I included in my application package was very simple, only containing education and working experience, because all my extracurricular is in the application form. Later, I realize that such a resume for blind interview is inappropriate since they can't know my extracurricular activities from it, so I decided to update it by extract some of extracurricular activities out from my application package and enrich the resume's content for them to better understand me as a person.

Do you think they will buy this reason if I tell them during the interview?
