The resume I included in my application package was very simple, only containing education and working experience, because all my extracurricular is in the application form. Later, I realize that such a resume for blind interview is inappropriate since they can't know my extracurricular activities from it, so I decided to update it by extract some of extracurricular activities out from my application package and enrich the resume's content for them to better understand me as a person. Do you think they will buy this reason if I tell them during the interview? |
