HBS essay 3 substantial accomplishments

One of the accomplishments I want to write about is something I did from 1997 to 2001.

I saw most schools required essay contents to be most recent (within 3 years). I did not see any restrictions on HBS essays regarding that.

Did I miss it? plz let me know if anyone knows. Or/And I need your opinions if I should pick something more recent.
