高三小弟作文求大牛们拍砖!!!

Andy, the hero of movie Shawshank Redemption, wrote to his
friend Red “Hope is a good thing”. In the film, Andy is a representative of
romantic, while Red who has been in the prison for 40 years tries hard to persuade
the newly come Andy to accept the reality that he is in prison and can’t get
out, Andy keeps digging a tunnel that eventually leads him to the outside
world.

As Andy writes: “Hope is a good thing.” We should have some romantic ideas in our lives. I admit
that currently the competition in society is so fierce that we have to worry
about realistic matters such as getting a job, obtaining enough money to
support ourselves and our families and so on, but a life without romantic envisioning
and hope is a dull one.

The romantic elements in our lives keep us encouraged. When
we are faced with difficulties and setbacks, thinking about how we would relax
or have fun after we have cleared these obstacles always keeps our hope up.
Then we are fully motivated to work hard and to change our lives to better
ones. Only when we have such romantic envisions will we refuse to resign to the
gloomy reality. Instead, we have the passion to chase our dreams.

Romantic dream might be the only liar that never loses his
reputation for veracity. It not only strengthens our willingness to improve our
lives, but also brings us to something new.  A person who is romantic will usually dream
big and acts big, because in his opinion, nothing is impossible as long as one
tries. Take Bill Gates, the world’s richest person for example. Bill Gates dreamed
that one day there would be one computer on every desk. His idea would be
inevitably criticized as romantic and even ridiculous at that time, but now, what
he dreamed has come to reality. And Bill Gates has succeeded because he didn’t give
up his initial romantic idea and kept trying to propel the computer industry.

A person who only accepts reality is no different from a
statue. It is the romantic elements in our lives that keep our lives colorful
and it is our romantic envisions that keep up us alive.
