[求助]收到ETS关于refund的信了

Your request to rescore the Speaking
                section
                of your TOEFL iBT test taken on the above test date has been processed.

Your responses were rescored by scoring specialists and this rescoring has resulted in a change in your test score.

Your revised score will be posted on the NEEA/TOEFL iBT
            registration
            Web site, and a revised score record will be mailed to China for distribution to centers. A letter of explanation and a revised official score report will be sent to any previously designated institutions.

Due to the change of your score we will contact you to process the refund.

他的意思是让我傻等着他会联系我怎么退款吗？

还有，我市申请双项复议的，结果全部降分了，应该能退960是不是？但是他为什么说我只申请了口语复议？

关注，帮顶，建议打电话或者写邮件去问一下。另外，顺便问一下LZ是什么时候Rescore的，分数又是什么时候变动的？邮件是在变动后多久收到的？

我是8.4号考的，8.21出的成绩，8.27申请复议，8.28NEEA把钱搜刮走，9.26出的复议结果分数变动，这份邮件是10.11收到的。
