First of all, a degree get from college has great influence in their searching job. As we all know, nowadays, it’s really a highly competitive society, everyone has the danger of being substituted by better applicants. In this background, a degree holder has more chance in competing for a job. First, a degree is a proof of your ability in special field, for example, it’s hard for a software company to decide which applicant is better at programming, but if you have a degree concern about software, you may be recognized as a man who can take the job. That means you can be more competitive in the competition of getting the position. In addition, some works need special techniques. People who haven’t taken a systemic training can hardly accomplish them. Take music composing as an example, few men can do excellently in this field without a quantity of trainings. And it’s obvious that to go to a music college is the most efficient way to get this kind of specialized education.

On the other hand, studying in college can be a valuable experience for people. Students in colleges have many chances to know new friends, from whom they can learn how to deal with the relationship between each other. Also, their friends who have the same interests with them may be helpful in the future. For instance, many companies are founded by several people who used to be good friends in college. They share their interests in college, furthermore, share their career and ideal after their graduations. Having been together for a long time in college, they are more familiar and unsuspecting. Due to this, their cooperation would be more pleasant. That will enhance their possibility of achieving success.

To sum up, as the experience in the college can help you find a good job, also it may help you in your development. It is more likely for them who have entered a college to succeed in their career, the time they spent in colleges really worth it.
