What strategy do you envisage adopting to ensure fulfilment of your career objectives and how does graduate education in management fit this plan?

请教大家,前半个问题应该怎么解题呢?问的似乎是今后应该采用的策略,能不能写写关于STRONG DETERMINATION, FORMER RELATIVE EXPERIENCE等等?如果不是,应该怎样呢

You should talk about more concrete plans, the types of positions you plan to hold and experience you plan to seek out.
