[考场] 9.14JJ in Canada

刚刚考完托福..感觉很烂..但还是想跟大家分享一下...Hope it can benefit some people..

Reading: 1. talk abt some trees can still alive under extremely cold temperature.

                2,3 can't remember clearly..sorry

Listening (超不爽..遇到两道astronomy的题...最糊涂的题)

speaking: 1 describe a problem which is given advise by your teacher, relatives or friend. (talk abt the advise as well)

                 2 Family has important influence on young adult

                 3. reading: Begin with the next semester, roommate can be decided by similar interest. Before the school begins every student is required to fill a questionnaire to tell their interest.

                     Listening: the female is unhappy with the issue:1)she and her roommate can get along pretty well even though her roommate's major is French and her major is bio. 2) a lot of students move out because of other reasons such as better location and different schdule with the roommate. So there is nothing to do with interest.

                  4. reading: talk abt a psychology theory

                      Listening: the profeesor gives an example which is abt his friend who is very interested in teaching and prepares to pursue teaching career. She really enjoys the time being in the classroom. However, later the professor's friend realizes that she also needs to take a lot of free time at weekends on paper and planning for next week's schedule.

                  5. Problem: The man's history paper is due next week. His teacher recommended to him a book which is very helpful to the assignment. however, the teacher also recommended this book to another student and the student borrowed the only copy in the library.

                      Solutions: 1)buy this book. The man says that it is so expensive

                                       2) talk to the student, maybe they can share the book together. The man ssays that he has already talked to the student and the student agreed that  he/she will give the book to him when it is finished. However, the man is afraid that there will not be enough time left at that time.

                   6. The 2 kinds of process to make scuplture. 1)substractive   2)additive

Writing:  (第一题听的我一头雾水) fossil of an acient bird

                  reading: the fossil in the museum is fake. Leture: it is real

                 1) Reading: the fossil is discovered soon after Darwin's theory and it supports this theory. It is suspicious. ----------  the fossil actually opposes Darwin's theory.

                 2) the fossil is so clear to see and perfectly formed.--------The texture of the fossil is special and smooth

                 3) the two halves of the fossil cannot be fitted when they get together.---------some people have removed some particualr small parts...

Independent writing: Having a job with other people/ having a job alone

i feel that this test is harder than mine.. but i did pretty poor on it
