Advantages can be seen from it clearly when a team is dealing with a project requesting creation and passion. As each individual is diverse from other, there is a higher chance for a team to come up with a fantastic and creative idea, which is considered as an indispensable factor in contemporary society, What is more, the team leader could serve as an inspirer whose aim is to both manage the team and hold each one into a continuum. Another reason is that when a team, unfortunately, fails in a certain project, it is the whole team that get criticized instead of someone, in that way, the passion of a team member for a better goal would not get chilled. Oppositely, the organization will probably start to realize that what they have done is not good enough, not to complain about the pickiness of the supervisor. The pleasure after a success is also amplified in a team. As the saying goes:” once you share your sorrow with a person, it becomes half, as to happiness, it doubles.” The joy when finishing a huge task in a team is beyond words. Since everyone becomes a super star in the field at which they are quite good. Unlike a single person, he has to handle plenty of situations where he doesn’t have a clue. Undeniably, it would be really tricky to deal with the relationships among members in a team since everyone is so different in characteristic and the principal of their own. The leader may be doubted or even insulted at his back and the people working for him always complain about the working environment such as salary or welfare, sometimes they will consider themselves superior to others in the team, therefore they don’t cooperate and treat themselves as those who have no business with the task. However, such problems can be solved if there is a qualified leader, he may cool the collision and reset the trust and friendship in the team. So, as far as I am concerned, I think organization is essential to everyone who wants to make a different.
