36. Delaware is the only state which
                the legislature can amend the state constitution without the approval of the voters.

对B和C拿不准, C觉得应该是复数, 跟后面的VOTERS对应. 但B也觉得不对,STATE后面应该跟WHERE 或IN WHICH, 请指教.

本人菜鸟，但认为答案分别为D，B。  原因lz自己写的很清除了。

in addition to + as??  为什么要这样？

第二题应该是B吧，你看which后面是一个完整的句子，那么which应该是做状语，改为in which。

我觉得应该改成in which，后面是句子，有完整的主谓宾。

搜到一个例句，这里就是the only+N+in which：

 But evolution is not the only domain in
            which people reject science: Many believe in the efficacy of unproven medical interventions, the mystical nature of out-of-body experiences, the existence of supernatural entities such as ghosts and fairies, and the legitimacy of astrology, ESP, and divination.
