Do you agree or disagree with following statement? Hard work is more important than luck?

Luck has always been something appealing to a multitude of people, who often like to chase behind its sparkling figure, but few of them have indeed had a chance to taste the bliss of being lucky. Why many people are willing to come after a virtual image, rather than a solid, realistic way of achieve success like working hard is actually beyond me. In real life, I always attach much importance to hard work than do for luck. I will elaborate my position with prudent argument in following.

It is undeniable that people who work hard always receive a higher chance of achieving success. For instances, when I was in my school basketball team and play in the city tournament, not a single game has been done without systematic and cruel training in advance and our team actually won the championship for two years successively. Why not we expect a car accident on our opponent or some other extrinsic factors that may affect the performance of the opponents? Because we believe hard work is good enough to bring us victory and that belief has been confirmed in the games. Hence, I regard myself as a hard worker and I have a strong belief in hard working.

Working hard is also something like reading a book. Whoever enrolls in would be able to discover its spectacular contents. Unlike luck, which often trick the people who crave to own it, hard working is the method that would provide everyone a mean to accomplish their goal. I suggest the reason for someone who would rather choose to wait for the eminent luck, is that they find the difficulties of working hard. But please remind, nothing is harder than the things appear to be easy.

Hard working is path for everyone to become successful.

As mention above, many people find the difficulties of working hard. However, you may be lucky once or twice if you are fortunate enough, as time pass, eventually how capable a person you are in a certain specialty is as clear as how many fingers in one hand from others’ standpoint. If you are a person who is lack of skills, working hard can ensure that you learn in realistic circumstances and obtain hands on experiences. And to be an accomplished expert in some specialties, one could enhance and refine their technique and knowledge during continual exploration through hard working as well. Accordingly, hard work shows its superior advantages to luck

In a final analysis, hard working has go beyond its original boundary of good attitude, and more like is becoming an essential skill for people to compete with others in today’s world, in that hard working gives us a higher chance of achieving success, and an precious opportunity to obtain practical experiences in reality. Well, luck would sure add lots of fun to this process.
