哥大第2题头痛

哥大第2题很难，第1题问了职业目标和为什么选哥大，其实里面谈的东西和这道题问的似乎有重复。大家觉得这道题应该从什么角度回答？

In a recent speech delivered to the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, Dean Glenn Hubbard discussed the new, essential elements of the 21st century MBA: http://www.gsb.columbia.edu/admissions/21st_century_MBA.pdf. How will your MBA prepare you for a rapidly changing business environment (Recommended 500 word limit)?

I didn't even read the speech over, which is too long...

some points from me, fyi.

Actually the path of the development of a business is all about overcoming challenges appear in different places at different time (namely a rapidly changing business environment). In general, the process of overcoming challenges includes facing a challenge or finding out a potential challenge, working out a solution, and executing the solution.

My MBA can teach me the basic knowledge necessary for understanding this process and let me experience all kinds of such processes by get involved in case study, community activities and internship, etc.

Then connect the traits of Columbia MBA, including some points in Dean’s speech, to real examples.

LZ没错，是这个题目。3，4楼是否是申请2008-J term? 好象BW上面有一篇采访CBS的assistant Dean, 其中有个关于ESSAY2的问题：

prepRashun: Essay No. 2 seems to overlap with essay No. 1. What different points is Columbia seeking with the second essay?

LindaCBS: Depends on if you are applying for January or September. The essay No. 2 questions are different.
