Hi, I may say bye bye to TOEFL and wish best for every one in CD, but I will continue to learn English. I have been USA for 2 years. I want to transfer to another famous school which requires TOEFL test for every international student. So I have to take the test. It is shame for me that listening just got 23 and only 9 on structure. Even though, I think this score may enough because I wrote about 350 for writing. Say thanks to redpassion for his format, which let me save much time during the test.

My suggestion: If some one want to apply school, It is fine if your TOEFL score  passed their requirement. You should focus on your self-statement. Now many professors in USA have known that even though some Chinese students got a high TOEFL SCORE, but they can not communicate with others very well. So to call your professors and express your self very clearly is better 300 in TOEFL score. So every one here, if you failed in test or did not get a good score not be upset. Just my own point.
  The following is some JJ and my experience:

Listening:

Lecture:
1. Gels:
Firstly, instructor talked about what is polymer. Polymer is the network form by the molecule which can be contracted and extended, such as rubber, and so on(Listen careful T). Gels can form the network which can block some kinds of molecule and let another go though. This process can be control by electricity. So it have been applied in some fields, such the muscle of robot(T) and bla….
2. Super Court

Be very careful if you come across this lecture. I understood almost all of the main content. But only 3 problems, and two problems are about very detail things in the half part of the talk.

A professor and students talk about the sequence of court events(main idea, T), three step:1. Justice let both sides declare their case 2. Argue; why declare? Let the public know what the case is about. What if one side is federal government ? Then ???(No T). There also are some groups such as civil right , they will show their support to one side.

3. Painting in Film. Some upset since last lecture, so not so focus on this one. Actually, this one is not difficult. Shoot………, or else my score is higher, so do not be influenced by last one during the test.
4. About introduce plants and animals from outside. For two aims(T): food shortage, extra income(not sure);An  example, Austrian Rabbit ( T eat up the plants , damage economic ), then scientists want to develop a guide line for non-native plants and animals(T), but the environment is changing every day. It is very difficult to do that.

Sounds like the computer give me some questions, even American can not solve, heheheh………………. Only 9
