25题个人认为A错的原因是： 题目问Socialists’ commitment to the cost-of-living movement，而原文写the Socialists’ brief commitment to cost-of-living organizing; organizing不全等于movement，所以commitment to organizing的“brief”不能推出commitment to movement的"lasted for a relatively relatively short period of time"
其他的就不说了 只是25 Underneath the Socialists’ brief commitment to cost-of-living organizing lay a basic indifference to the issue itself. 这是原文 用了brief一词 所以就选A了

文章第三段有说和socialists相比，妇女是deeply felt commitment to the cost-of-living issue，我觉得brief在这里表示short in extent(在webster上查的)，而不是short in length.所以不选A。
26题我觉得选A，因为文章最后一段说她们的目的是要cheaper food.而且the boycotters, by sharp contrast, joined the price protest movement out of an urgent，out of 在webster上的解释有：used as a function word to indicate cause，这里我觉得应该可以理解为她们很急迫地参加movement是希望得到immediate economic outcome，urgent应该和immediate对应吧。
