帮忙看看这个是一年的MBA费用吗？

请教各位NN一个比较弱的问题：

最近查询学校的网站，发现大部分学校都说tuition and living expense for first year student 大概为$70,000.请问这个是一年的费用吗？就是说整个读下来要$140,000。

为什么要强调是first year 呢？难道第二年费用会少吗？
