请教一个OG CR归类的问题

小弟今天开始归类OG CR。还有28天考试。

我现在正在以lawyer的逻辑题型分类为框架做归类。但是，有些题目不知道该怎么归类。想请假一下大家。for instance

P.S. 我现在做逻辑题没有任何的方法和套路，就是靠自己的分析和感觉，一般正确率在10－15％，复习了3个星期了。但是感觉很有比较做一个系统的方法论整理，这样的话，如果碰到模棱两可的题目应该可以根容易找出正确答案。
