是不是都会做笔记的呢?这样面的时候不是很没气氛?

It's up to you to write down information that you find valuable and to make the interview interesting.

It's not that bad. When the interviewer is writing, you might feel relaxed, because you have little eye contact.

But, try to introduce something interesting/humerous to bring him/her back at least in the latter half of the interview.

Then you should be grateful she's finding something interesting to put in her report. You won't want her to work off her memory at the end of the day and potentially mistake you for someone else.
