Interviewed by Linda Stantial, the Director of Career Planning at Sloan, a typical BEI type of interview lasting about an hour. Every question was explored into details of action and thinking process, i.e. what you feel, think, say, act and learn...

Questions:

1. How LFM fits into your career development plan. What are your future career goals?
2. What is your role in current position? What are your responsibilities?
3. Tell me a time when working with someone having a different interaction or disagreement and how you resolve it.
4. Tell me a time when building a team or enrolling others to accomplish something at work.
5. Name three partner companies with LFM you like to have your internship with and why.
6. Questions for her.

Tips:

1. View previous Sloan interview cases and summarize a list of FAQs.
2. Prepare extra 15-20 examples (not included in essays) to demonstrate various traits and fit into various situations.
3. Follow the S.T.A.R. + introspection procedure when constructing examples.
4. Conduct mock interviews to be grilled ahead.
5. Relax in the day.
