我这样的分数和背景能申请到TOP10的学校吗？

Please be proud of whatever company you are working at. Personally, I think what you like about the company is more important than what the adcom likes about it. You can work in Big 5 for a decade with same job title and same responsibility; or you could work in a small size company but turn a P/L deficit into surplus. I would rather choose the later than the former.

Also, the schools would want you to be proud of them if they want to admit you. The trait they look for is: if people tend to undermine companies they worked, they might not give positive feedback to the schools they go either.

Hope my line of reasoning makes some sense.
