I think there is no formula or database of what kind of job you engage or what kind of company you work will contribute to your MBA application.

BIG 4 working experience will surely make you qualify, but only qualify, no outstanding at all, too many auditors apply every year. So in my eyes, it's your personality and personal awareness matter to your MBA application.
