为什么 US NEWS 上最新的数据是05年的而非06的？

正在考虑买一个，可是上面诸如：tuition & fee; full-time enrollment; grads empolyed after graduation etc. 都是 '05 xxx.

这个 '05xxx 指的是入学还是毕业的年份？请指点！Thanks

I think '05 should be the year of enrollment, but why not '06 if it is the latest ranking?

Oh, so the latest 2007 ranking was issued early this year，no wonder the data was of 2005. Someone told me it was released by fall every year.
