请问chicago的request interview是什么意思？为何在application之前？

难道是先pre-interivew,然后qualify你是否需要继续application?

No, Chicago request applicants to register interview before submit thire applications. Not that complicated, it just Chicago wants to interview all applicants, that will takes much more time, so it starts early.
