Help!Darden online app form

Please help me on the following parts of Darden's online form:

1. Do you waive your right to examine the recommendation? (Should I say Yes or No?)

2. On the employment histroy, do I have to provide work Hr. salary, bonus? Or they are optional? If optional, should I leave them blank?

3. Do I have to use the unofficial template transcript, if I can send the office transcrip from China by mail?

1. Yes would be good.

2. I would provide them unless you have a good reason not to.

3. I think they want you to use their template. They'll ask for the official one when they need it.
