The point of practice exam is to imitate the real test, where you will be timed and have no access to dictionaries.
Hard to say. You should decide that based on how much time you have, your pace and how productive you can be. Sometimes going through 10 questions carefully and really understand each of them is much more effective than speeding through 50. Good luck!
