[求助]紧急：请教有关财力证明。还有很多不明白的地方

在学校的那张 International Student Supplement的表格上要求提供第一年的财力证明，包括学杂费和住宿饮食等。一共是6×××××。其中学费44000

学校说明是，有没有这个能力提供财力证明不影响Ad com对你的评审（真的？持怀疑态度），而这个证明关系到你能否从美国联邦政府取得F1 Visa。

而且上面还有小字说明：就算不能completely提供，请写出partial的来源。

而且不能把potential 奖学金列上去（这个可以理解，尚未拿到，应该不算），但是也不能将申请到的这边银行贷款作为凭证。

我的问题是，当前我就住在纽约，我可不可以仅仅提供国内银行的存款证明我有能力负起那第一年44000的学费，而不把生活费写上去？

因为我现在和家人在美国，住宿等没有问题。

这会不会影响ad com的 admission desicion 或者是 F1 visa的申请？

应怎样去应付？

why?  Actually my question is, if I fill in the form and show the school the ability to completely pay for my first year tuition, will the school ignore your chance to get scholarship?

the scholarship is claimed to be "merit-base" but not "need-base"?
