如何准备面试口语？

由于本人的工作中用不到英语，所以口语不好。

请教有经验的大虾，该如何准备面试呢？我个人在准备的时候感觉有三个阶段

1、听懂，这个还好，我现在就看GROWING PAINS来练习。

2、发音自然流畅，也还好，可以多练习跟着说。

3、流畅地说出想说的东西。这点很难，因为这是最难的部分。不知如何下手。

But interview can be practiced. The content is most important.

Keep rehearsing what you want to say, especially to the standard questions, "tell me about yourself", etc.  It'll flow better when you say it at the interview. 

Maybe you can try:
First, .......................................
Second,....................................
Third (Last but not least)............structure while answering interview questions.

It looks simple, but it really helps the interviewer to get your logic points which is more important than accent alone.
Try not to speak too fast, make sure your logic points are understood by interviewer.

口语很重要，

好象是面试中的重要部分，MBA有很多课堂讨论的

我读了1年的口语班，老外上的课，不过还是感觉不够

2、USE FIRST，

       SECOND，

以外，我还可以准备什么？读一些相关话题，比如：工作，职业，个性，等的文章么？
