到底是问什么呢?

实在是搞不清楚.

e.g.  You were in a pickup raid group, the leader sucked and didn't even set up the MT and MA, so the team was making painfully slow progress in the dungeon - then you started spamming  "WE NEED A MT AND MA AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO ORGANIZE A FREAKING RAID GROUP YOU MIGHT AS WELL LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT SO WE CAN GET OUT OF THIS SHITHOLE FASTER - IF AT ALL!!!" - well in reality that might just get you kicked out of the group, so you'd have to polish your story like how you patiently whispered the leader and carefully shared your concern with some other veterans in the group and got their support, and eventually made the leader give you or some other more experienced dude to take over the raid. Oh, don't forget to quote some numbers like how much time it took the new group to finish the raid, or find a way to compare the progress before and after your challenge...

Darn I wish some of the adcom play WOW too so I can have an easier time with the interviews.
