Dear Sir/Madam,

I have made a GMAT appointment as confirmation letter stated:

CONTACT INFORMATION
JIA YUN CHU (GMAT® ID: 100000119167)
Address here: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

TESTING APPOINTMENT
Candidate Name: CHU, JIA YUN
Test Series: GMAT
Appointment Date: Tuesday, Nov 28, 2006
Start Time: 09:00 AM (9:00)
Appointment Length (minutes): 255

My question here is

Candidate name: CHU, JIA YUN is not exactly same as my passport name, I keyed in one more "space" between JIA and YUN (this is Chinese traditional culture).

Therefore, based on the GMAT procedures that candidate's name should be same as passport name. So do I need to change my candidate name to

Candidate name: CHU, JIAYUN (there is no space between JIA and YUN)

If yes, could you help me to modify my candidate's name in Profile database? And send me the confirmation email letter again.

As I knew from other posters in CD, 名字大小写没问题. 但本人无法Verify, So I strictly recommendate - 名字全部用大写方式（和护照一样，follow standard application procedures)

这里的candidate name指的是护照上的印刷体name.
