类比题。

关键是对
E1 - you could provide for the supply of bread by giving bakers a pecuniary interest in baking for you
E2 - give a surgeon a pecuniary interest in cutting off your leg
的关系的理解，作者在EVIDENCE部分采用了类比的方法，推出了一个荒谬的结论E2，然后利用E2推出结论make one despair of political humanlity。
问题问作者的论述可以被用来批评什么样的东东。
E2中推导出的就是“为了钱进行不必要的手术”

所以A很好的答案。B并没有说手术不必要，而是去做更赚钱的手术了，这还是同E2有区别的。

同意，Illustration 就是要找一个事例，作为一个（附加）论据支持命题中的主要判断。在原命题有相反论据的场合，提干将确定哪类论据是需要在选项中查找的。此题中题干要求寻找一个反向论据，即命题反对的部分。

题解：如果因为给钱就能叫人做面包，就认为给钱医生就给你锯好腿，这个世道不就没指望了吗。

文中反对的部分是：给钱医生就给你锯好腿；找到一个同类的就可以了。
