[求助]请问艾森哲与多大的选择

是啊，这两年的时间，接触国外的环境，不知道是否值得

在UofT，MMPA的学费比MBA要贵，尽管MBA已经够贵的了。一分钱一分货，MMPA并不比MBA差，个人觉得没有必要再去申请MBA了。

其实LZ也明白就算去了多大，日后也还是一样进四大，但其实真的对于国际学生来说想进当地四大也不是那么件容易的事情。

想出国体验国外的生活，坛子上不少人都是这样想的，但是我始终这只是一个by-target，你出国的真正目的何在呢？切莫喧宾夺主让其他因素影响你做最终的抉择。

至于财务成本问题，我还是坚持那句老话：风物长宜放眼量！

ACN in China or overseas? (I really don't know, don't laugh at me, hehe).

You should be younger than many of us here. I mean working for two or three years may be very good for you later to go to a top 5 MBA.Or simply you don't want a MBA any more (say, just to get married, hehe).

Experince living overseas ... be really careful about this idea, unless you really have enough money.Life in Toronto could be same as that in Beijing or Shanghai, if not worse.Toronto, hmm, big city, but don't you hate big city since you have lived in BEIJING, =). Also crowded, yeah maybe with more foreigners. If you really want to experince something different, suggest to go to cerntain college Towns. One or two years of that kind of student life (a bit boring or dreaming) may be very romantic for some people, =). If ACN in North America, that would be perfect for your objective because you may make a pretty decent living here. A decent living standard is very very important for you to enjoy life, hehe at least for many of us.

对于acn和四大偶可能比较有发言权

尤其是对于刚刚毕业的朋友来说

我在上海kpmg audit做了一年多，然后去了上海acn

感觉至少在上海，这完全是两个不同风格的firm，可能名气都很响亮，说是国际大的firm，其实是很不一样的

acn

acn做it consulting较多，你去f&s部门，很有可能是去参加一个大的it项目，比如上海正教所。所谓it项目是指一个软件项目，比如sap，或者类似supply chain的工作。

做为你，进去肯定是从最小的做起。做什么真的不确定，可能让你去编程序，可能去做admin，可能做数据分析。这完全看project需要什么样子的人。

acn很枯燥，我不喜欢上海office的风格。没有什么美女，整体年龄比较大，pay低于行业平均水平。

由于是业务扩张期，会从外面招很多experienced的人，但是个人质量参差不齐（比如英语，收教育程度，生活习惯），影响了整个firm的profession的程度。工作很辛苦。

kpmg

相对来说kpmg好很多，更加professional，因为大多数人来自大学刚刚毕业的学生，而且多时比较好的大学。

工作也很辛苦，但是有加班费，acn没有。

经济上kpmg钱多。

有美女，有企业文化。

你做的事情比较固定，有一个比较明确的职业发展方向。acn没有，通常是把你偏进去，不升你工资，也不会升你职位。kpmg做多少年就是多少职位，很固定。

如果我是你，canada第一，四大第二，acn第三。

Really? I don't think so. Definitely ACN is a good place for IT consulting, not for mgmt/strategy consulting. To my scope, most of these guys are focusing the IT planning,Telecomm, SAP-based SCM and SAP ERP, Seldom traditional mgmt/strategy business.

Now matter campus recruiting or experienced recruiting, in the project you need develop yourself and nobody would especially care you as a baby. Track is only the track, nothing else.
