非营利机构需要MBA吗？

还没想清楚这个问题。再盼讨论。

有没有人知道国际性非营利机构是否会招MBA国际学生呢？薪水真的很低吗？（毕竟要还债呀）

个人感觉如果没有相关工作经历,即使读了MBA non-profit方向在美国也不是很容易找到工作。如果你想进UN的话，总部那边的机会我不太了解，但据我所知在country offices中做项目的是MBA背景的不会太多，建议你读个非管理类的master，象什么国际关系，环境，法律，经济社会等等，竞争力会较强。

另外，真是有志于此，最好还是现在国内找个相关工作先了解了解。

The local chapter of Red Cross I work at has 4 department directors. Two of them are MBA graduates.

Are they US citizen? How about the salary? :_)

I have the relevant  work experience in the most famous Charities in the South East Asia. But whats the probability for the International MBA to land in US Charities or non profit?
