讲道理我挺喜欢看大家随便扯点什么的哈哈哈 总比回复前几天删了的那个帖子有意思。
Prof. Tripleg，我了解的很少，也就是听人说过并且用open payroll查过一些公立学校的ap salary。我发现比如像一些还不错的学校确实都给到200以上，当然可能我们对于top的定义有区别。打比方在acct里很出名的utd，可能有些人觉得是top有些人觉得不是，just as an data point，如果用open payroll去查的话就发现他们的ap近几年都是200+。
I was prompted to pull out some AP in Finance data for UTD, and indeed they are each paid above $200K. UTD is a top school research-wise, but decidedly not in terms of placement. I am flattered by your words.
Again, these 'mind-boggling' numbers are in the main only associated with some of the top schools -- not all of them -- and certain non-top schools (UTD and Colorado, for instance).
I am bowing out of this 'money talk', which I do not think applicants are particularly interested in.
