CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. Currently, there are 79 faculty at CEIBS. From 2015 to 2021, a total of nearly 860 papers have been published, including 159 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 77 articles in A* Publications. 674 case developments have been published, of which 32 cases have won case awards at home and abroad.
Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go on to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 14 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:
1. Assist in research, including literature review (i.e. finding articles and writing a summary), collecting/coding/analyzing data, editing references and formatting manuscripts, coordination of research projects, etc.
2. Assist in school’s annual ESG White Paper project, including typesetting, proofreading and release of the White Paper, and project coordination.
3. Assist to contact and coordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives.
4. General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.
5. Other tasks assigned by professor.
Job Requirements:
1. Master (or above) student with research experience in at least one of the following fields: marketing, strategy, economics, international business, OB/OT, entrepreneurship, or psychology. Applicants with ESG related research and working experiences are preferred.
2. Excellent ability in English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing.
3. Familiar with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis. With proficiency in using quantitative analysis software (e.g.Stata).
4. 1-2yrs related working experience in areas of education or training; publications not required but preferred.
5. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity; attention to details and good work ethics.
6. Good skills in using Microsoft Office software.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others.
8. Can commit for 1 year ormore.
