我觉得倒数第二句的consideration更像是结论啊，否则这道题的conclusion在哪里呢？

我记得consideration是有两个意思的，一种是“考虑因素”，一种是“结论”

boldface的第一句更像是evidence而非fact，援引下面的这个解释
Evidence: what is used to support a conclusion (examples, stats, historical events). Although these may include facts, it is usually stronger than facts because they are direct elements needed for the conclusion to stand whereas facts are not necessary for the latter to stand

如果此句话想变为fact,应该只是陈述male cats的interstitial nuclei的大小，而不与female cats做对比，现在的这句是在事实的基础之上加入了对比，更成为直接支持结论的一个evidence.

我感觉第一句应该是经过一个research 之后（对于特定对象 male cats with disease X）得到的结果，而非人人皆知的既存事实，所以更应该是一个Evidence
