我觉得可以这样来理解。
题中的结论说，精神状态影响一个人被感染的能力。C则指出，是由于免疫能力不好，而造成精神状态不好。这刚好是与题中结论相反的因果关系。削弱能力最强。就好比说：A，B同时出现了，你说，A－B，其实呢是B－A。这和在：在山洞里发现古人类和野兽的骨头，你说是人吃了野兽（A－B），但其实呢，古人类的骨头上有野兽的牙齿印，是野兽吃了人（B－A）。
E说，感染也可能由于免疫系统紊乱以外的原因造成，这与结论似乎没什么关系。

其实E中的high frequency of infections 已经是the body is vulnerablility to infection了。E想要表达的是可能（CAN）有别的原因造成了the body is vulnerablility to infection而不是from any disorder of the immune system. 而disorder of the immune system同结论中的mental states influence 没有任何关系，不在一个集合里。所以，并没有削弱结论。我觉得MINDFREE解释得很对，If E said that the disorder of immune system in this group of people stems from higher level of exposure, it is the right answer.
