Key Responsibilities
Market Research
－ Compiling data on land transactions, latest rental rates and trends, market comparable and current capitalization rates for different regions
－ Analyze regional and national logistics real estate market and identify potential cities and regions for project investments
Venture Management
－ Using financial model to help calculate key performance indicators
Other Supporting Work
－ Assist in preparing due diligence documents
－ Assist in drafting presentations for potential acquisitions
－ Assist in payment process
－ Assist in preparing incorporation and pre-investment documents
Knowledge, skills, experience and business understanding
－ Senior undergraduate students with major in finance, accounting, real estate or logistics (basic accounting knowledge is required)
－ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability, modelling experience is preferred;
－ Proficiency in oral and written English;
－ Adept at problem solving and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment;
－ Knowledge & understanding of preparing pitch books, undertaking valuation and analysis of financial statements and reporting procedures is preferred;
－ A confident team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
